Under Article 13 of Italian Law No. 196/2003, the Titleholder responsible for treatment of information informs you that: A) Your personal information will be used only for the following: 1) Management of requests e/o confirmation of bookings e/o services. 2) For the carrying out of services during your stay, such as communicating events, special offers, booking of services supplied by third parties, internal and external correspondence. 3) Legal obligations such as invoicing, obligatory commercial registrations. 4) Communication to credit and finance institutions with which our company deals with in financial management and for governing the credit and management of debits for eventual credits resulting from services rendered. 5) Communication to all people, physical e/o judicial, public e/o private (legal consultation, administrative and fiscal offices, judiciary offices, chamber of commerce etc.), when the communication is deemed necessary or functional to the carrying out of our business activity and in the ways and for the purposes listed above. 6) Communication to Public Administration and Authorities where provided under law. B) Your information will be dealt with and memorized in electronic form. Under the said laws, the Titleholder responsible guarantees that the treatment of personal information will be undertaken respecting fundamental rights and personal dignity; in particular with regard to secrecy, identity and the rights governing these. C) The personal information dealt with by our company are not subject to diffusion. Treatment of personal information can be carried out with or without the use of electronic and other automated means and comprise all the functions - detailed in Article 4,1, letter a) of Italian Law No. 196 of 30 June 2003 – necessary for the said treatment of personal information. D) You can exercise your rights at any time with regard to the titleholder of the treatment of personal information, under Article 7 of Italian Law No.196/2003, which, for your information, we reproduce in its entirety below: Article 7: Right of access to personal information and other rights 1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal information which regards them, even though still not recorded, and the communication of it in a legible form. 2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information on: a. The origin of personal information; b. The purpose and way the personal information is dealt with; c. The logic applied in the dealing with information carried out using electronic instruments; d. The identification details of the titleholder, people responsible and authorized representative under Article 5,2: e. The subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal information can be communicated or those who can have knowledge of it as authorized representative in State territory, of the those in charge or who are delegated with the responsibility. 3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: a. An update, or rectification or, when interested, integration of information; b. The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of information dealt with in violation of the law, including those of unnecessary conservation in relation to the purposes for which the information was gathered or successively dealt with; c. An attestation that the operations in which letters a) and b) have been brought to light, also with regard to their content, of whosoever’s information has been communicated or circulated except in the case where such action is impossible or requires use of means that are manifestly disproportionate in respect of the right covered. 4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, in all or in part: a. For legitimate reasons, the treatment of personal information which regards them, even though pertinent to the purpose of gathering and holding it; b. To the treatment of personal information which regards them for the sending of publicity matter regarding direct sales or for the purpose of market research or commercial communication.
